Ash is highly responsive to all correspondence and inquiries, and usually replies promptly during the business hours of 8am-8pm Monday - Saturday.

Policies at a Glance

  • Clients accept 100% liability for their dog during the entire training process, no exceptions.
  • There is a 24-hour cancellation policy in order to reschedule a session and not be charged a $50 late-cancellation fee.
  • Sessions canceled the day of the appointment will not be rescheduled (exceptions considered for emergencies).
  • There are NO refunds.
  • Violation of Intuitive Choice ethics will result in contract termination without refund.
  • Payment and agreement to these policies required prior to booking.
