FREE Intro Call
Schedule to speak with Ash for up to 20 minutes about your training goals, struggles, and needs. See if this might be a good fit for all. Please text Ash at (949) 835-3024 or email her to schedule a time. Phone calls will go to voicemail and Ash will text you back.
Step 1: Initial Virtual Consultation - $125
During this private Zoom session lasting an hour or more, Ash will go over your intake form with you, ask questions related to history and health, gathering pertinent information to create a holistic picture of your situation. A lot of Q&A then takes place, where owners typically have a lot of questions about troubleshooting certain issues at home, understanding why their dog does certain concerning or troublesome behaviors, and wondering how to adjust the dog's daily routine to better create a harmonious home for the whole family. Finally, Ash provides further training recommendations and rationales, and owners can see the plan in advance while having a say in its creation to make sure it's realistic. Ash does not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach, so each training regimen specifically meets her clients' goals, schedules, and needs. Puppy plans are usually weekly private sessions, standard plans can be weekly or biweekly private sessions, and specialist plans are strongly encouraged to be weekly private sessions. See below for details.
*Since Ash also has long-distance, national, and international clients, training sessions may be done virtually as well.

Step 2: Private Training Sessions
Once a training plan is agreed upon, it's time to meet in-person and put that plan into action. All sessions will be held in your home, or at an agreed upon local public place, and travel fees are included. Puppies under 4 months old fall under the PUPPY category, and there is generally a session prior to the puppy coming home for puppy proofing and preparation of the household. Puppies and Dogs who need to work on obedience, socialization, house training, trick training, service dog task training, therapy dog certification preparation, etc. will fall under the STANDARD category. Puppies and Dogs who are exhibiting concerning issues such as extreme fear, separation anxiety, lunging/growling/barking at various triggers, or have a bite history fall under the SPECIALIST category. Sessions are typically one hour, but puppy sessions may end a little early to allow more time for troubleshooting questions, and behavior sessions may run long.

Practice Sessions
If you're really busy with work or children and don't have time for all the homework to complete your training goals, it is possible for Ash to come work your dog or puppy without you. These practice sessions can last 30 minutes for puppies under 4 months old, or 60 minutes for older puppies and adult dogs. Video snapshots and a brief write-up of what was worked on is included.
- 30min practice session: $65
- 60min practice session: $100
Step 3: Group Training
Now that your puppy or dog is well-trained for you at home with minimal distractions, it's time to make sure they can generalize those lessons and skills out in the real world. Dogs do not apply things in a wide way, so we have to help them understand that asking them to sit around other dogs is the same as asking them to sit at home. Ash doesn't believe in stubborn or difficult dogs, and attributes problems when out in public to being distracted, misunderstanding, or being insecure. This is why she emphasizes private training first, then group training.
*This is where her training guarantee comes in. If anything we've worked on degrades over time, you're welcome back for a refresher at any appropriate group event. So if your dog has started pulling on the leash from overexcitement around other dogs, she will help you with that at a Pack Walk. If your dog's Leave It is a bit rusty and they're constantly trying to snag dangerous trash on the ground, she will help re-instill that at a CGC class.
